Premades release dates vary but once purchased they will be shipped the following Monday (unless the customer requests otherwise).  You will receive an order confirmation and then we send a shipping notification once your piece has been packaged and sent. 

UK Orders 

Standard Shipping - Current shipping time is approx 7 days after your order has been placed.  All orders are shipped Standard First Class with Royal Mail- Arrives 1-3 days after the piece has been shipped. (it may take longer considering the current climate please let us know if you have any concerns) 

International orders 

Order for Ireland or Europe will cost between £5 - £15 depending on the product.  Larger piece tends to cost £15 to post internationally.  These will be sent off First Class so they hopefully will be with you between 3-7 days.  

Where is my parcel? 

It is very rare for a parcel to go missing, please ensure you have received a shipping confirmation, and waited 3-10 working days. Also ensure you check at your local sorting office, as delivery people sometimes knock when you're out and then don't leave a card. If you'd like courier service, message us - we don't offer it as standard as the cost is quite high, but we understand that you may need something quickly for a special occasion.
